We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our senior living leadership team. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical operations, oversee quality resident care, mentor and support nursing staff, and help ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about resident-centered care, and possesses excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include assisting with assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, staff training and development, quality assurance initiatives, and day-to-day nursing oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Minnesota
  • Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
