Role Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering smooth, high-quality onboarding and deployment experiences for Persivia’s customers, including health systems, ACOs, physician groups, payers, and public health entities. This role ensures customers successfully adopt Persivia’s AI-powered population health, chronic care management, quality, VBC, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities 1. Implementation & Onboarding
  • Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers and product expansions.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and solution design.
  • Configure Persivia modules including CCM, TCM, RPM, VBC, Quality, Cohort Builder, Risk Adjustment and other modules.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and go-live processes.
2. Data & System Integration
  • Coordinate EHR/EMR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.).
  • Support interfaces for HL7, FHIR, CCDA, claims, ADT, labs, and device data.
  • Validate data mapping, quality, and ingestion workflows.
  • Partner with engineering to troubleshoot and validate technical readiness.
3. Customer Training & Change Management
  • Conduct role-based training for clinicians, care managers, and operational teams.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and SOPs.
  • Support change management strategies to drive adoption.
4. Testing, QA, and Validation
  • Lead UAT, workflow testing, and regression checks.
  • Ensure configurations align with clinical and operational rules.
  • Track issues until complete resolution.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Product on requirements and customer feedback loops.
  • Partner with Customer Success for post-go-live transition.
  • Collaborate with Engineering/DevOps for technical readiness.
6. Project Management
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations with detailed organization.
  • Maintain project plans, status updates, and risk logs.
  • Communicate progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or implementations.
  • Experience with healthcare data: HL7, FHIR, claims, ADT, labs, or device integrations.
  • Familiarity with EMR workflows and clinical terminology.
  • Strong analytical skills; SQL experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with U.S. customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience implementing CCM, TCM, RPM, MIPS, VBC, Analytics or Quality programs.
  • Exposure to value-based care and clinical program logic.
  • Prior work in SaaS, population health, or analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare compliance.
