Job description

Job Summary -
The Clinical Systems Specialist serves as a consultant, analyst, process designer, and instructor of activities leading to the development, implementation and support of various enterprise software applications. The Clinical Systems Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, training, and application support of clinical enterprise software applications and uses extensive knowledge of clinical healthcare duties to synthesize information for critical thinking and decision making in acting as a liaison between the application vendors, providers, staff and the IT department.
Regulatory Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required (GED)
  • Clinical Experience Required
  • Clinical Associates Degree or above preferred

Language Skills
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Additional languages preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills
  • Knowledge of computer technology and equipment; printers, PC's.
  • Able to synthesize information and knowledge as a key component of critical thinking and decision making.
