WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This is a part-time position, with an ideal schedule of
Monday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm),
Wednesday (7:30 am - 5:00 pm), and
Thursday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm).
As our Patient Advocate, you'll warmly greet patients as they enter, setting the tone for a welcoming experience, while also managing incoming calls and responding to patient inquiries through our patient portal. As the day flows, you'll assist with administrative tasks, support scheduling needs, and help ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Your ability to anticipate needs, stay organized, and communicate clearly will play a key role in creating an exceptional and stress-free experience for every patient.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PATIENT ADVOCATE?
We're looking for someone who can work part-time while meeting the following qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing or caregiving role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
At least one year of dental office experience is a plus!
