The Anxiety Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is vital in providing therapeutic support and connecting clients to essential resources, focusing primarily on mental health including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. This role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility in balancing work and personal commitments. We offer various shift patterns, including 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, within the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a multitude of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting psychotherapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to foster healing and growth.
• Interviewing clients to ascertain comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health-related information, which informs treatment planning.
• Assessing and addressing mental health issues within the scope of your practice, including the design of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitating access to community resources and support services, ensuring clients receive holistic care that addresses both mental and emotional health needs.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress in line with organizational protocols, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjusting plans as necessary to provide optimal care.
• Providing crisis intervention and conflict resolution support to individuals in high-stress situations.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and collaborate on best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A current and valid LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in providing counseling services for a range of issues, including but not limited to behavioral health, relationship issues, grief, and loss.

While not required, additional qualifications that may strengthen your application include:

• Experience in a detox or addiction treatment center.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and systems.
• Certification in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, or DBT.
