Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks an Adolescent Clinical Director to oversee clinical services in our eating disorder treatment program. In this leadership role, youโ€™ll guide multidisciplinary teams delivering evidence-based, recovery-focused care for adolescents in residential and step-down levels. Responsibilities include clinical program oversight, supervision of therapists, risk and safety management, family and group therapy support, and regulatory compliance. Youโ€™ll help shape a compassionate, learning-oriented culture while improving outcomes for adolescents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for adolescent eating disorder clinical programming across residential and related levels of care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists and clinical staff, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment delivery.
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing risk and safety management.
  • Support and guide individual, family, and group therapy services aligned with program philosophy and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, nursing, and dietary teams to coordinate integrated, client-centered care.
  • Lead and participate in case conferences, utilization reviews, and outcome-focused quality improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a compassionate, recovery-focused, and culturally responsive environment for clients, families, and staff.
  • Develop and deliver staff training and promote ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
