Living Water Clinic-Clinica Agua Viva is seeking a highly skilled, mission-driven, and tech-savvy Clinic Manager to oversee operations at our Visalia and Woodlake offices. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellence in patient care, and is passionate about cultivating strong teams and healthy clinic culture.

The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient and staff experiences while supporting the growth and sustainability of Living Water Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations amp; Leadership
  • Oversee daily operations for both Visalia and Woodlake clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and adequate staffing coverage.
  • Manage and coordinate clinic departments including Operations, Administration, HR support, IT coordination, and Customer Service.
  • Lead regular team meetings, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of communication, accountability, and employee retention.
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive, mission-aligned corporate culture.
Compliance amp; Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, safety standards, and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Communicate and monitor clinical excellence standards of care and safety in alignment with Living Water Clinic policies.
  • Oversee cleaning, maintenance schedules, and facility standards.
Programs amp; Growth Initiatives
  • Oversee and manage programs such as Value-Based Care (VBC), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
  • Ensure compliance with CHDP, VFC, FPACT, MIPS, and HEDIS requirements.
  • Support Corporate Development initiatives, including assisting in the development of new Rural Health Clinics.
  • Support the growth of provider staff for Rural Health Clinics and telemedicine services.
Patient Experience amp; Community Engagement
  • Ensure excellent patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and compassionately.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and care teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify, plan, and participate in marketing initiatives and community events to increase patient engagement and clinic visibility.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clinicians, staff, vendors, and community partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare administration or clinic management experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and departments while prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience with insurance billing, claims management, and healthcare operations.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and healthcare management software.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to be on feet or run errands for 4+ hours per day when required.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods (6+ hours per day).
