• Productivity-Based Compensation: Competitive model plus call pay, with additional quality bonuses of up to 2.5% on your guarantee and 5%+ in value-based bonuses.

• Efficient Workload: With 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities, plus the support of a GI Hospitalist for inpatient coverage, youll have a well-balanced schedule that lets you enjoy your life outside of work. 
  *We would be excited to consider all candidates and would especially welcome applicants with experience in performing advanced procedures, such as ERCP and EUS.
• Call Coverage: A manageable 1:7 weekend rotation with only 2-3 weekday calls per month.
