On-site Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in either Smithfield, RI or Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX

Our client seeks a Systems Analyst to support Trading and Banking solutions in Wealthscape for Institutional Wealth Management Services. The role will analyze and translate business needs into actionable requirements, partner with engineering and UX, and ensure quality delivery across complex, enterprise software initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Support development of complex, enterprise software solutions through clear requirements and specifications.
  • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation for moderate to complex systems.
  • Perform systems analysis including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use cases, and gap analysis.
  • Configure systems, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure production readiness.
  • Query relational databases using SQL and collaborate with engineers to validate solutions.
  • Work with APIs including REST and SOAP using JSON and XML payloads.
  • Partner within Agile teams to refine backlogs and improve delivery.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with UXD to gather user requirements, align on front-end interfaces, and support consistent experiences using tools such as Figma.
  • Support Trading Solutions team capabilities across Order Management, Blocks and Allocations, and Modeling and Rebalancing.
Experience Requirements:
  • Advanced experience as a Systems Analyst on enterprise software initiatives.
  • Proficiency in systems analysis methods including data analysis, mapping, flowcharts, use cases, story writing, configuration, gap analysis, UAT, and documentation.
  • Strong SQL skills and general programming knowledge.
  • Proven experience with REST and SOAP APIs and formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • Experience using generative AI tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with organized and responsive work style.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with brokerage and trading capabilities preferred.
  • Experience working with UX and design tools such as Figma preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • B.S. in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
