Job description

Client Success Coordinator
We are seeking bright, motivated, and results-driven individuals to join our client success team. This individual will be a critical contributor to a fast-growing, early-stage, education technology business and will have the unique benefit of working directly with our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client leadership teams and analysts to support clients by establishing a deep understanding of each client's goals and keeping those goals at the forefront of the partnership.
  • Utilize HubSpot reporting to track Client Health scores, collaborate with team on interventions for low or declining health scores
  • Identify opportunities for expanded partnership that align with client needs and goals
  • Encourage client usage of the MARKETview platform and drive client participation in events, meetings and other engagement opportunities.
  • Drive platform adoption for new partners, resourcing them with guides and encouraging attendance in events
  • Collaborate with Data Excellence and other analysts to support aligned and timely exchange of data, ad-hoc models, and error-free data in alignment with our standardized practices.
  • Manage the schedule of client meetings, ensuring regular calls are on the calendar and logged accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate client contact information in the corporate database.
  • Participate in select client calls and meetings.
  • Ensure next steps from each meeting are captured and fulfilled.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience years (3-5 years preferred) in professional setting, ideally in related fields of Customer Success, Higher Education, or Account Management
  • A passion for serving clients and helping them achieve success
  • Highly organized and keen attention to detail
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Impressive written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Experience working with a CRM system
