Job description

PROFILE
The Client Success Analyst Internship position will provide comprehensive services to engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients to ensure they are successfully leveraging products purchased from TriMech.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist clients in applying and troubleshooting SOLIDWORKS tools in their design/development, analysis, and manufacturing tasks.
  • Ensure customers are successfully engaged and utilizing SOLIDWORKS and related products through telephone, remote desktop, and email communication.
  • Utilization of problem-solving skills and processes to assist our clients.
  • Determining and setting priority levels on customer issues to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Obtaining relevant certifications in SolidWorks, and related products.
  • Extensive use of SalesForce and the Dassault Systèmes DSxClient and 3DSupport web portals.
  • Minimal to no travel required.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university engineering program.
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling; SOLIDWORKS preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, and via electronic web-based services internally and with clients).
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset.
  • Forward-thinking troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with various drafting standards and engineering practices an asset.
  • Understanding of vast manufacturing terminology and processes an asset.
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking, an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks is essential.
