Praescient Analytics is a leader in delivering advanced analytic, data engineering, and technology integration solutions in support of the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement. Our mission is to empower analysts and decision-makers through data-driven insights, enabling faster and more effective mission outcomes.
The Mission
Praescient Analytics is seeking a seasoned All-Source Intelligence Analyst Lead to spearhead the development, coordination, and delivery of high-level technical intelligence products. In this role, you aren't just analyzing data-you are overseeing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring that national security partners receive the sophisticated briefings and specialized products they need to make critical decisions.
The ideal candidate thrives in the "grey space," taking limited direction to solve complex intelligence requirements while maintaining elite-level professional relationships with executive leadership.
Your Impact
As the Lead Analyst, you will bridge the gap between deep-dive technical analysis and executive-level project management. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Intelligence Production: Overseeing data visualization, statistical modeling, tradecraft evaluation, and information-sharing initiatives.
  • Project Leadership: Managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as the primary liaison between project teams, line management, and the client.
  • Operational Oversight: Reviewing project status and budgets, managing schedules, and developing status reports to ensure productivity and quality goals are met.
  • Problem Solving: Developing mechanisms for monitoring progress and intervening strategically to resolve issues and meet client-satisfaction objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Fostering a collaborative environment by soliciting and incorporating feedback from executive leaders and interagency partners.

Required Qualifications
  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active, current TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (supervisory or management experience preferred).
  • Education: BS/BA degree.
  • Analytical Expertise: Proven background supporting national security objectives in operational or analytical roles, with a track record of fusing multi-source data to close intelligence gaps.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical information via oral briefings and written reports.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working across organizational silos to support whole-of-government activities.
  • Leadership: Strong organizational and time management skills with the confidence to engage high-level partners professionally.

Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, History, Business, or Intelligence).
  • Team Development: Experience leading teams through the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, driving performance, and supporting professional growth.

The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000.00 to $165,000.00 (annualized USD).
*U.S. Citizenship is required.
What you can expect from us:
  • Real opportunity for career growth in an environment where your achievements will be celebrated
  • Constant collaboration with numerous teams to ensure client success
  • A team that respects and embraces your ideas and expertise
  • Coworkers that are motivated by pursuing excellence, rather than the prospect of personal gain
  • A workplace dedicated to supporting and bettering public safety and government agencies

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
  • Comprehensive, Company paid healthcare for you (We pay your premiums and deductibles)
  • 401(k) with company match
