  • Serve as a mediator for internal resource or software issues and resolve conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of the solution to clients
  • Act as a Project Manager to actively manage support and service delivery contracts from initiation and transition to meet contractual obligations, responding to the client issues and concerns as needed while meeting targeted revenue and cost projections
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, organize and facilitate client and internal governance meetings, and coordinate efforts across project and adjacent teams.
  • Lead project teams of varying size, mentor and provide feedback to team members and peers, and foster a collaborative, productive, and client-focused team environment.
  • Support pre-sale activities by actively engaging in business development efforts, including proposal generation, change requests, sales presentations, and reviewing and contributing to the creation of the Statement of Work as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Project Financials: budgets, billing, staffing/resources, forecasting, profit margin, utilization, etc.

  • Experience with establishing and maintaining executive level communications and relationships
  • Strong command of project implementation methodologies and deliverables created during an enterprise systems deployment; experience in developing reusable processes, templates, and toolkits for rapid deployment and/or support activities; experience in project management for SPM, CRM, BI technology implementations is an advantage
