Position:  Administrative Services Assistant

Location: 203 Beasley Dr. Suite B.   Franklin,  Tennessee    37064

Duration: 12 Months

  • Under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty.
  • The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for front desk clerical-type duties such as answering phones, greeting customer, receiving & processing customer applications and verifications.
  • This position calls for a lot of data review and data entry, the candidate will be subjected to special projects and special assignments related to Family Assistance programs.
  • Customer service is top priority to us, training will be done onsite with clerical teams already in place, in addition to required classroom and virtual trainings.
  • Education and Experience: Candidate must be high school graduate or have their GED.
