Are you driven by a passion for spearheading industry-leading business development initiatives? Do you excel in cultivating business relationships with clients? If so, a career as a Client Relationship Executive could be the role of a lifetime for you.

Deloitte is seeking high-performing, entrepreneurial professionals to drive strategic relationships and business development with our most sophisticated Energy, Resources & Industrials clients. • Represent "voice of customer" and deep industry knowledge to advise account pursuit teams on winning sales and positioning strategies related to opportunity development, proposal execution, and deal closure
  • Collaborate and team across industries and sectors and with Lead Client Service Partners and others to drive growth

  • Understand client's buying processes and budget cycle, as well as the client's business and strategic priorities to help shape account growth strategy
  • Connecting Deloitte capabilities and assets to client strategy, challenges and executive priorities
  • Contribute client and industry knowledge to development of account strategy and proactively understand relevant case studies and offerings

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 5 years minimum experience in Energy, Resources & Industrials sectors
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: MBA
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience as a relationship and/or business development professional serving diversified Energy and Industrials companies.
  • Strong professional services sales execution and management knowledge and experience
  • Proven track record in selling and/or delivering consulting, tax and advisory services to diversified Energy and Industrials companies
  • Demonstrable relationship building experience in the Sector, which increased account penetration and led to increased revenue opportunities with new and existing clients-as well as ability to leverage pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the marketplace
  • Working knowledge of competitive and potential alliance/partner landscape; proven ability and success influencing and leading cross-functional global teams
  • Success in playing a leading role within a global, matrixed account team framework (i.e., working effectively with our Lead Client Service Partners, Service Line/Industry leaders, account practitioners, and other business development professionals within the firm)
  • Help define and drive an alliance strategy that positively positions Deloitte for net new business

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
