The Whittingham Agencies – Globe Life Liberty National Division is expanding throughout the Midwest and looking for friendly, motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team.

If you come from customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, or another people-focused role, your experience could be a great fit.

No insurance experience required — we provide the training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

This is a people-first, relationship-focused role where you'll work directly with local businesses and their employees.

  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meet with businesses and employees in person
  • Help employees understand available supplemental benefit options
  • Assist with enrollments and answer questions
  • Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
  • Work toward individual and team goals

Compensation & Schedule
