  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
  • The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What We Do

Fidelity Investment Canada (FIC) - Managed Accounts Division is responsible for delivering next generation technology-based investment solutions, Investment portfolios, and discretionary investment management services.

The Managed Accounts Program Manager will build the governance, operating rhythm, and delivery discipline required to execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives that scale the discretionary platform. This role partners across business and technology-including legal, risk, compliance, finance, marketing, service, and operations-to align scope, resources, timelines, and dependencies.

Success requires strong program controls, clear executive communications, and fluency across delivery methodologies to improve client outcomes, operational readiness, and sustainable execution.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Establish structure and proactively manage portfolio of projects through strong project governance and control

  • Define complex business initiatives and provide end-to-end project management and coordination across stakeholder groups

  • Actively engage with project teams, working committees and external vendors

  • Program lead for the implementation of solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences, operational excellence and change management

What We're Looking For

  • Completion a University degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years in project management roles

  • Project management experience in financial industry, specifically wealth management

  • PMP or PgMP is a must have

  • Other designations/certifications (CFA, CSC) is an advantage

  • Experience and demonstrated ability to organize complex programs, with strong attention to details, time management, people management, and technology support.

  • Software and technology experience

  • Experience with cross-functional, cross-hierarchy work, including communication and relationship building.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to illustrate key concepts/processes/structures in compelling and easy-to-understand slides

  • Detail oriented - with the ability to analyze and synthesize information to identify and understand issues and solutions

  • Expert knowledge of project management and development methodologies

  • Direct experience in the Wealth Management/Investment Management Industry

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to convey complex business needs and interests to broad group of stakeholders

  • Independent, curious, risk taker - can thrive in fast-paced environment where business conditions and projects continually change
