Summary:
Fractal is looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Client Partner with rich experience in Telco & Media domain. This high-ownership role is focused on consulting, delivery and growth across several named clients as well as prospects in the domain. The Client Partner will act as a trusted advisor to clients, drive results independently, and take initiative without waiting for direction.
This is a leadership role requiring technical depth, executive presence, team leadership, and embedded delivery. You'll work directly with top technical and functional leaders at some of the largest Telecom and Media companies in the world. As a Client Partner, you will personally shape client engagements including problem discovery, technical architecture, program plan and lead a team of committed members with varied experience to deliver significant value outcomes for various functional leaders including CXOs of large, complex and decentralized enterprises and organically grow the relationships working closely with Fractal's commercial leadership. The person will be expected to provide leverage to the management in business development and capability development activities. The person should be open to travel for short durations depending on the project or team requirements.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
A senior analytics leader with 15+ years of experience responsible for owning the end-to-end client relationship, driving strategic transformation, and aligning business, data, and technology initiatives to deliver measurable impact and client satisfaction. This role balances client leadership, strategy, growth mindset and hands-on analytics expertise.
Client Relationship & Strategic Leadership
  • Serve as the primary client partner, owning overall relationship and engagement success
  • Lead digital transformation strategy across business functions
  • Drive business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and optimization initiatives
  • Influence decision-making at leadership levels through data-driven insights
  • Work with global sales and consulting teams and coordinate with internal capability teams in pursuing ongoing leads / RFPs from solutioning standpoint

Analytics Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute enterprise analytics and data strategy
  • Build and manage analytics roadmaps aligned to revenue and growth goals
  • Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms
  • Deliver actionable insights to support aggressive business target

Solutioning & delivery
  • Building on analytics mandate across different functions / departments in Telco and Media organizations. Deliver on analytical solutions in the domain leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise developed by working in or with companies across the value chain
  • Knowledge of business process flows, systems and operational procedures and a point of view on best practices which can be used for analysis and recommendations
  • Experience in creating, capturing and/or analyzing business requirements
  • Experience in leading business discovery sessions to understand and map the existing and desired business processes
  • Lead client engagements and assignments to ensure successful and timely delivery of output with high quality and in accordance with client's needs and expectations

Demonstrate technical expertise
  • Apply AI/ML techniques on structured and unstructured datasets including building and overseeing models such as Time series forecasting, Regression models, Decision trees, SVMs, propensity models, Bayesian modeling
  • Experience working with large-scale, high-volume datasets and partnering on modern data infrastructure with:
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks
  • Frontier models: Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT
  • Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead global, cross-cultural, and matrixed teams, perform performance appraisals and develop career progression metrics
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate across multiple parts of Fractal including AI Foundations, AI for Transformation and AI Workforce Enablement

Communication & Influence
  • Define standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establish processes to measure them
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, business-friendly insights
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Influence executive-level decisions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Economics, etc.)
  • 15+ years in analytics, data science, or related fields
  • Embedded Client Execution: Experience working within client-owned and non-standard tech stacks, building trust with internal engineering teams and delivering production-grade outcomes
  • Cloud Expertise: Strong cloud-native proficiency across major hyperscalers
  • Must have demonstrated Analytics delivery excellence and solutioning expertise to Telco and Media clients with increasing span of influence over their careers

Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base is: Up to $280,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take the time needed for either sick time or vacation.
