We are looking for a new team member to assist clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role blends caring client services, scheduling & administrative support, and heartfelt communication to support our MVP Team of technicians and keep our clients delighted.

Position Details

  • Title: Client Services Specialist
  • Reports to: Director of Operations
  • Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, varies between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM based on needs of the business
  • Earning Potential: $20 hour + performance bonus (negotiable based on experience)
  • Portage, MI In office role and must live within 30 minutes of the office
  • Start Date July 1, 2026 - July 15, 2026

Core Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Answer phone calls live and respond to emails within 24 business hours
  • Communicate professionally and warmly via phone, email, and text
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, warm, professional communication
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Turn every interaction into a positive, memorable experience

Daily Schedule Management Support

  • Support for managing and optimizing daily cleaning schedules as needed
  • Adopt and utilize our software to monitor bookings, adjustments, and team assignments
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly with clients and staff

Reporting & Operations

  • Flexible and available to support opening or closing the office as needed
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
