  • Knowledge of insurance verification workflows

  • Experience managing authorization/prior authorization processes
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmacy benefit environments
  • Experience leading teams that support patient access or reimbursement services
  • Experience leading supervisors and/or large frontline teams
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs, quality, productivity, and customer experience
  • Experience coaching leaders and holding performance discussions
  • Ability to translate client goals into operational action plans strongly Preferred
  • Experience managing end-to-end patient or member cases
  • Ability to track work through completion and resolve barriers
  • Understanding of case aging, escalation management, and follow-up processes
  • Experience balancing productivity with quality and patient outcomes
  • PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, Health Plan, Prior Authorization, Benefits Verification, Patient Support Program, Care Coordination, or Case Management operations
  • HIPAA and compliance awareness
  • Experience working with healthcare documentation and workflows
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in Case Management and or Benefits Verifications
  • Flexible to work Monday-Friday and any 8 hours between 8:00AM-8:00PM EST
  • Must be located in one of these states FL,TN,NJ,TX,MI, PA
  • Ownership mentality from intake to resolution

  • Ethical Judgement: Demonstrated ethical judgment and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying operational compliance issues and implementing effective solutions.
