We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Account Management 1 to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Establish new accounts and process account maintenance items according to service level agreements
• Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure accounts are traded within client/sponsor guidelines
• Conduct quality control checks of new accounts and account maintenance transactions to ensure accuracy prior to trading
• Communicate frequently with custodians, banks, and brokers to expedite and resolve issues
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Total of 0 - 5 years work experience preferred
• Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment; self-starter
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external parties; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
