Job description

Modifly, a CourtAvenue company, is a performance marketing and media strategy agency built for the complexity of enterprise. We partner with ambitious brands to architect and activate full-funnel media programs across paid social, programmatic, search, CTV, retail media, and emerging channels. Combining strategic thinking, platform expertise, and operational rigor, our teams help brands navigate increasingly complex media ecosystems with clarity, agility, and accountability. We don't just buy media - we engineer the systems and frameworks that transform marketing investment into scalable, measurable growth.

The Manager, Client Operations is known as a Project Manager at Modifly. This is a client-facing operator who thrives at the intersection of relationship management and project execution. This role combines the communication and partnership responsibilities of Client Service with the organization, coordination, and delivery rigor of Project Management. Supporting a large, shared, integrated account, this individual will help manage fast-moving work-streams across paid media, creative, social, and influencer initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume agency environment. They are equally comfortable communicating with clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and approvals, and keeping projects moving forward behind the scenes. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, adaptability, and the ability to navigate both client expectations and internal execution needs.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of paid media projects from client briefing, kickoff through launch and delivery

  • Manage creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, client status updates and adherence to client regulatory requirements

  • Submit and shepherd creative deliverables through client legal and compliance review processes

  • Develop and actively manage project timelines, trackers, status documents, and meeting notes to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders

  • Partner closely with client service, creative, media, social, and partner agency teams to ensure seamless project execution

  • Proactively identify project risks, resource constraints, and timeline conflicts, while driving solutions and escalation paths when needed

  • Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and are completed on time and within scope

  • Clarify strategic requirements and manage stakeholder expectations across clients, agency partners, and internal teams

  • Contribute to project status meetings and communicate updates, priorities, roadblocks, and next steps clearly and concisely

  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and project delivery effectiveness

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of project management or account/project coordination experience within a media agency environment

  • Experience managing paid media, media creative production, social media, and/or influencer marketing projects

  • Working knowledge of digital and social creative asset specifications across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV and display) including file format aspect ratios and character limits

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows and creative approval processes

  • Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional stakeholder teams

  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across a variety of personalities and disciplines

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently and proactively

  • Experience utilizing project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Wrike, Asana, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience working on regulated or compliance-sensitive brands preferred

  • Familiarity with paid media trafficking and creative asset delivery workflows preferred

  • Experience working within integrated agency teams or multi-agency client environments preferred
