Analyst, MQ Outbound Operations
Location: San Diego, CA (onsite)
Contract: 3-6 Months
Possibility of conversion to FTE if performance is good.

Job Description:
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support our Outbound Operations team. This individual will coordinate the delivery of customer trailer orders from production through final delivery while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
The ideal candidate will have logistics or transportation experience, be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with carriers, customers, and internal operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with transportation carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of trailers.
  • Monitor production schedules, inspections, estimated delivery dates, and shipment status from manufacturing through customer delivery.
  • Track shipments and validate Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
  • Coordinate damage claims by arranging repairs, obtaining estimates, tracking repair progress, and scheduling final delivery.
  • Support implementation and ongoing management of the Yard Management System (YMS).
  • Assist with Business Development (BD) operational activities as needed.
  • Plan production schedules to align with customer delivery requirements.
  • Provide customers with proactive updates regarding production status, inspections, delivery timelines, and other order-related information.
  • Partner closely with internal operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure successful order execution.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor''s degree preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or administrative operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating transportation or outbound logistics.
  • Experience working with carriers, shipping documentation, or proof of delivery.
  • Familiarity with Yard Management Systems (YMS) or transportation management systems is a plus.
  •  Customer service experience within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
