Managed Services Client Partner
Our client is seeking a Managed Services Client Partner to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of managed services clients. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring client needs are clearly understood and consistently met within a technology‑enabled environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong interest in technology, excellent organizational skills, and a client‑first mindset.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with client organizations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for managed services clients
  • Coordinate and track account activity to ensure commitments are delivered as promised
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and account details
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication between clients and internal technical teams
  • Provide oversight of daily account operations to ensure service expectations are met
  • Translate technical information into business‑focused language and recommendations
  • Follow established client management processes to ensure consistency and accountability
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
  • Balance direct client engagement with internal coordination and follow‑up
