Responsibilities:

As an ambassador to the Company, the Client Experience Manager-previously known as a sales facilitator, will be professional, approachable, honest, and have strong in-person presentational skills. The Sales facilitator must maintain current knowledge and training of the dealership's vehicles and models. The individual must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be driven by success. CEM's will take customers on test drives, and be accountable for ensuring all proper paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate to keep compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Candidates will be handling finances and working alongside the finance managers to ensure the customer understands and is comfortable with the process. Punjabi/Spanish speaking candidates preferred.

The approximate pay for this position is $16.50 plus a commission based pay plan. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Requirements

Qualifications:

Automotive experience is a bonus. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license alongside an insurable driving record. Candidates must be able to create relationships resulting in returning a customer base. Candidates must possess effective interpersonal communication skills. Knowledgeable at using computer programs such as Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel, and Word, VIN Solutions or another CRM Application. Candidates must possess the ability to work independently and be self-motivated as well as the desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment. We will require candidates to possess or have the ability to acquire a sales license.
