WHO WE ARE:

We are a leading social media agency that works with top talent such as influencers, celebrities, music artists, reality television personalities, professional athletes, etc. to achieve their performance goals. We represent our clients across various social media platforms with a focus on increasing audience engagement and strategic monetization. We are based in the Los Angeles area and have national networking connections.

A person who responds to fans / clients on various social media talents' accounts, is proactive in developing weekly content planning, assisting in deliverables of content from our established talent.

MUST be engaging in conversation and have it come organically to them.

Location: Remote.

Job type: Full-time: 40-hours/week. Remote role. Split shift schedule. Weekends.

Compensation: $10-17/hr + comprehensive monthly bonus structure.

WHO YOU ARE:

Responsible for helping aid in development, management, and implementation of strategies across client’s social media accounts. Additionally you will work cross functionally with a team in order to improve marketing efforts, increase sales and maintain brand image.

You are an EXCEPTIONAL communicator and work well in collaboration with a team to meet revenue benchmarks as well as other predetermined goals.

You have an eye for aesthetics and are passionate about personal branding while being highly organized and detail-oriented. You are able to manage and track multiple high-priority tasks at once without letting things fall through the cracks.

You are highly self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent, with excellent common sense and judgment. And we cannot stress enough: be able to participate in ENGAGING conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Writing and Content Creation:

  • Assist in the creation, writing, and delivery of engaging content for our established talent.

  • Write high-quality, engaging posts, stories, and responses that accurately represent each client's unique voice and brand

Audience Engagement:

  • Manage and respond to messages, comments, and notifications on clients' social media accounts  (buys, subscriptions, likes).

  • Maintain authentic and engaging conversation with fans to ensure audience engagement.

Sales and Promotional Activities:

  • Utilize social media platforms to effectively drive sales and promotional campaigns on the accounts assigned to you.

  • Post stories and updates at strategic times to maximize reach and engagement.

Account Management:

  • Regularly update and manage social media accounts

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date notes on fan interactions and relevant information.

  • Ensure all assigned accounts are reviewed and understood before beginning work on an account.

Research and Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about each client's profile and preferences before engaging on their accounts.

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media to enhance engagement strategies.
