Position Overview
The Talent/Content Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving operational excellence with a primary focus on performance tracking, communication management, reporting, content scheduling and content management, and workflow execution.
This role also provides cross-functional coordination with the Content team to ensure that talent-related content deliverables are properly tracked and executed efficiently.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multi-department workflows in a fast-paced digital environment.
Core Responsibilities
Client and team communication.
Schedule client touchpoints and structured performance discussions.
Document action items and ensure follow-through across teams.
Maintain organized tracking systems for all client-related tasks.
Social media tracking and analytics.
Support structured performance reviews and improvement planning.
Support leadership with operational dashboards, reporting summaries, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate cross-functional execution between clients and operations teams.
Assist in refining and documenting department SOPs.
Support system development to improve workflow visibility and accountability.
Coordinate administrative onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain organized file systems and tracking tools.
Prepare meeting decks, documentation, and structured performance materials for leadership.
Content production support with scheduling and content management
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in talent operations, digital media operations, or performance management.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workflows.
Exceptional organization and documentation skills.
High discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
