I am seeking a Client Relationship Manager for my wealth management firm in Elk Grove, CA. If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced, small firm environment, and you desire involvement in all aspects of the wealth management business, you should consider this position. At Harlow Wealth Management, we emphasize care for our clients and are looking for associates who are inspired by an attention to detail and who provide consistent and reliable care for our clients. We are passionate about a “white glove” approach to our service, and we are looking for someone who has the same passion for exceptional client service.

Position Overview

This is a professional position that will primarily focus on supporting our advisors directly in managing existing and new client relationships. Our advisors will be available to provide mentoring and big picture direction, but you are expected to have the foresight and ability to work independently, ask for help when needed, and anticipate firm needs and client questions.

Responsibilities:

· Schedule client meetings.

· Coordinate and plan client appreciation and educational events.

· Prepare, process, and track various new account and maintenance-related tasks while maintaining a high caliber of customer service.

· Involvement in generating portfolio review reports, client paperwork, and ongoing account servicing & management.

· Communicate effectively, the status of assignments, and follow up on working items when necessary to ensure the advisor's needs are being met.

· Involvement in some aspects of pre-client meeting activities, such as data gathering, preparation of meeting agendas, client paperwork, as well as post-client meeting tasks, and coordinating planning implementation with outside professionals if necessary.

· Proactively striving to improve the systems and processes within the team and overall client experience.

· Interface with concerned parties to ensure client-related tasks are completed in a timely manner.

· Interact with clients over the phone, via e-mail, and in person.

· Partner with appropriate support team members to achieve group goals.

· Assist with supporting the front office (including greeting clients, answering phones, etc.).

Key Qualifications:

· Organized, with a strong, established attention to detail.

· Must be self-motivated, a problem solver, and a goal-oriented team player.

· Ability to research and find solutions.

· Must enjoy interacting with a variety of personality types.

· Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and tasks.

· Strong computer skills are required - Microsoft Office Products, etc.

· B.A. / B. S. or 2 years of relevant industry experience preferred. (ex., Working for a bank, credit union, or competitor (another broker-dealer) with a general understanding of account types and investment vehicles.)
