About the Role

6 amp; Fix is seeking a driven and upbeat Inside Sales Representative to join our HVAC division. This individual plays a key role in supporting our customers and coordinating between departments to ensure a seamless service experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where proactive communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review detailed repair estimates.
  • Support field technicians by assisting with estimate creation and accurate pricing of repair work.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding estimates, costs, timelines, and next steps, either during or after service calls.
  • Debrief each service call, ensuring customer information is accurate (equipment, name, address, contact information, etc.), as well as job summary.
  • Perform daily follow-ups on open estimates and sales opportunities.
  • Identify required OEM parts and/or for custom pricing for repairs needed or parts-only jobs.
  • Answer inbound residential and commercial calls promptly (within 3 rings) and ensure calls are handled professionally and accurately.
  • Coordinate and schedule field supervisors for in-person sales visits and technical lead calls.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and close sales opportunities with customers.
  • Promote and sell maintenance membership plans to enhance customer value and company revenue.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, estimates, and follow-up communications in Service Titan.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in sales meetings, product training, and skill development activities.
Schedule amp; Work Environment
  • 5-day rotation shift, which will include remote weekend schedules

  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong support from leadership and peers

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or dispatching required.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry or related trades preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to set realistic expectations and keep customers informed of schedules, pricing, and timelines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based tools.
  • Familiarity with the company’s service area or the ability to read and interpret maps effectively.
