Position Overview:

We are a growing commercial janitorial company currently servicing clients across the Northeast and Central United States. We are seeking a results driven Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence across target regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, and B2B service sales. Ultimately, the success of this role will contribute significantly to the overall revenue and market presence of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning opportunities within target markets, including office buildings, medical facilities, industrial sites, schools, and retail locations.

Lead Generation: Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, in person meetings and digital outreach to present our janitorial services.

Client Acquisition: Conduct presentations, site assessments, and proposal development to secure long-term service contracts.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers.

Sales Strategy: Contribute to go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and regional sales goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, regional trends, and industry developments to inform strategy.


Qualifications:

•3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial, facility management, or commercial services.

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

•Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

•Willingness to travel as needed.
