Summit Ag Insurance is a fast-growing agency with a client-focused approach to crop and farm insurance. We proudly serve the Midwest agricultural community with our unique integration of insurance and technology. Our dedicated team is excited to be growing again!
As a Client Data Specialist you will quote homes and autos, enter data, and play an essential role on the Summit Ag team.
Job Duties:
  • Attain a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's license - This person will study and pass the test within the first 2-4 weeks of employment. All expenses related to earning your license will be covered by Summit Ag.
  • Utilize several auto and home quoting systems to determine the best option for clients
  • Scan and sort physical client files to electronic system
  • Submit claims and update corresponding Claims Tracking Spreadsheet
  • Communicate with clients to attain updated information
  • Seek out pain points and provide recommendations for areas of improvement in coverage
  • Perform assigned duties ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency with all policies and tasks
  • Demonstrate a professional company image and outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural/farming is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a large team
  • Have a great attitude and be a life-time learner!

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
