How You’ll Work

  • Location: Onsite – Kent WA IKEA 6329 S 226th St, Suite 113 Kent, WA 98032, USA
  • Schedule: Thursday to Sunday and Tuesday (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
  • Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $20.00-$24.90 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company-paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts.
  • Additional Compensation: Total compensation may also include other forms of pay such as overtime or discretionary incentives, as applicable.

About the Role
As the Lead Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the Warehouse Manager and provide essential coverage during peak afternoon hours. You’ll guide both team members and contractor personnel, ensuring that all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, organized, and free of damage. This role involves hands-on physical work and requires someone with strong attention to detail. It’s an excellent opportunity for an individual with warehouse or final‑mile experience who is ready to step up and lead by example.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Manager – Warehouse and provide leadership coverage in the afternoons
  • Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage-free delivery
  • Train and guide teammates and oversee contractor personnel in the warehouse
  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and completeness
  • Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and organized
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Warehouse operations experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution)
  • Ability to perform heavy labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Able to move appliances using appliance dollies/hand trucks

Preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
