Notre client, une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la manutention industrielle lourde, situé sur la Rive-Sud, est présentement à la recherche d’un.e Ingénieur.e de projet en mécanique pour un poste permanent.
Sous la supervision du Directeur de l'ingénierie, la personne en poste jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion et l'exécution de projets sur mesure pour nos clients. Elle sera responsable de la conception, de l'analyse et de la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques innovantes, tout en veillant à la conformité aux normes de sécurité et de qualité. Grâce à son expertise technique approfondie et sa capacité à résoudre des problèmes, elle contribuera à l'amélioration continue de nos produits et services, assurant ainsi la satisfaction des clients et le succès de l'entreprise.
Au quotidien tu devras :
  • Élaborer des conceptions de systèmes de levage en couvrant les aspects liés aux domaines de la structure, de la mécanique, du pneumatique et de l'électromécanique.
  • Réaliser des calculs d'ingénierie, de structure, de résistance des matériaux pour valider les conceptions.
  • Réaliser des simulations par éléments finis et des calculs de résistance des matériaux pour valider les conceptions.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes et les clients pour définir les détails du projet.
  • Tout au long du processus de conception et de production, veiller à ce que les demandes du client ainsi que les normes en vigueur soient respectées.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Interpréter et analyser des données techniques pour optimiser les performances des systèmes.
  • Participer aux projets de standardisation des lignes de produits.
  • Participer à des projets de recherche et développement pour innover et améliorer les produits existants.
  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de production et d'installation.

Exigences :
  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou autre formation pertinente ;
  • Membre de l’OIQ ;
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
  • Habiletés marquées en conception mécanique ;
  • Habiletés marquées en calcul et analyse de la résistance des matériaux ;
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Solidworks et Solidworks simulation ;
  • Connaissance des méthodes et procédés de soudure ;
  • Connaissance de la norme CSA-S16 (atout) ;
  • Connaissance des méthodes et procédés de soudure (CWB) (atout) ;
  • Connaissance du domaine de la structure d'acier et des normes en manutention (atout) ;
  • Connaissances en électromécanique (atout) ;
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, dont principalement Word et Excel ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et interpersonnelle) ;
  • Professionnel, organisé, autonome et esprit d’équipe ;
  • Sait faire preuve de débrouillardise ;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requis à l'occasion puisque la personne collaborera avec des collègues et des clients à l’extérieur du Québec à l’écrit et à l’oral.
