You'll develop a deep understanding of each client's business, identify opportunities to expand our partnership, and execute thoughtful account strategies that create lasting value for both your clients and Zocdoc.   • Working backwards from revenue goals to develop and execute account strategies that meet or exceed targets
  • Building trusted relationships with executive leaders at large provider groups to understand their business priorities and position Zocdoc as a long-term strategic partner
  • Running client meetings both virtually and in-person at a high velocity
  • Diving the highest standards across your peer group and showcasing "what good looks like"
  • Ensuring Zocdoc leadership has transparency into how we are tracking towards our goals through regular pipeline reviews and tracking of interim metrics; escalating and exposing potential risks 
  • Acting as an external and internal ambassador of Zocdoc and our Large Provider Group business by demonstrating the highest professional standards

You'll be successful in this role if you have...

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of driving ambitious growth goals, including 5+ years of recent experience in programmatic advertising within an advertising technology company or dual-sided marketplace
  • 5+ years of maintaining and growing +$20m of annual revenue under management
  • Significant experience managing a small portfolio of large, strategic enterprise accounts, with a granular understanding of clients' business goals and long-term growth strategies
  • Sold large enterprise solutions in a team environment, partnering with various internal peers across Customer Success, Technical teams, Solution Architects, Finance, etc.
  • The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action
  • Autonomously ran large enterprise accounts with minimal oversight/direction
  • Superb communication skills! You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
