A Day in the Life:
We're looking for a multidisciplinary content manager who excels at execution. This role transforms creative direction into best-in-class content by combining technical expertise, production excellence, and operational discipline. From filming and editing to motion, photography, and emerging creative tools, this individual delivers premium assets at the speed of the business while collaborating across teams to bring brand campaigns and initiatives to life. You are the type of person who leads from the front and holds pride in what they do
The Impact You'll Make:
  • Contribute to the production of short, medium form content from beginning to end -- filming, editing, sound design, and distribution for brand plans.
  • Assist with the creation, conception, and presentation of social media integration efforts for offline, online marketing campaigns.
  • Work across cross-functional teams to take projects from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with creative teams both internally and externally to deliver content and creative on-time.
  • Create brand centric impact content across various digital channels as well as internal, external meeting needs.
  • Manage any changes in scope of work, schedule, and the overall project to ensure timely delivery and content.
  • Ability to film brand content with short turn arounds and high-quality production.
  • Provide a creative resource with the ability to film, edit, and produce quick turn assets for a myriad of projects and
    needs.
  • Coach, develop, and manage a team of Content Producers
  • Special project coordination for leadership management needs and critical top to top meetings.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing or other related fields preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in in producing and managing content creation within a sizeable organization with lifestyle brands.
  • 3+ years of experience in multiple social media platforms and requirements.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Media Encoder. DaVinci a plus
  • Experience with professional camera systems, lighting, audio capture, and production equipment.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management (DAM) systems and collaborative creative workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Frame.io, ClickUp, Microsoft 365).
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for content creation, editing, workflow automation, and production efficiency.
  • Understanding of social media platform specifications, publishing requirements, and content best practices across major digital channels.
  • Experience with color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt emerging creative technologies, software, and production workflows.
