Kelly Education is seeking Substitute Administrative Assistants for the Albuquerque Public Schools 2023-2024 school year.

Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with school district staff

Responsibilities:
In the absence of a full-time administrative/clerical employee, the Kelly Education substitute administrative/clerical employee provides general secretarial, clerical, and office duties under the direction and supervision of the school district’s full-time professional staff.
- Organize and maintain an efficient, effective office that handles a variety of tasks for the administration, faculty, students, and parents.
- Perform various secretarial and clerical tasks, such as typing letters and reports, maintaining filing systems, and answering phones.
- Assist with visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, as directed by the school district personnel.
- Report any school building or grounds safety concerns, or faulty equipment, to school district personnel.
- Report all personal injury or school property theft to Kelly supervisor and school district personnel immediately.
- Dress in a safe and appropriate manner as described in the Kelly Education Standards of Professional Conduct.
- Perform other related duties as required.
