We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Regional Office located in Springfield, Illinois. Starting pay: $26 an hour, depending on years of experience.

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers, staff, and visitors by handling a variety of tasks, managing communications, and maintaining organizational systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
