    Job description

    Required Education:

  • An associates degree is required.
    Preferred Education:
  • Bachelors degree.
    Required Experience:
  • Manage HR processes, data accuracy, and administrative tasks
  • Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus
    Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to manage tasks/projects from start to finish
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment
  • Can demonstrate sound judgement in social settings
  • Previous work in a fast-paced environment is a plus
    Position Overview:
    The HR Coordinator works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team to support the HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
    Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR related questions, leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model
  • Facilitate HR system processes and data accuracy through local support and counsel
  • Lead and support employee engagement activities
  • Create clear, concise & professional communication material for the HR Department - including flyers, text messages, & emails
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Lead and own administrative processes within the HR department
