JOB SUMMARY:
If you're passionate about sales and are intrigued by innovative technology, this opportunity will combine your interests into a rewarding sales career. The Clearwave Business Development program is a critical part of Clearwave's sales strategy and growth plan. In this high activity environment, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects to assist sales in pipeline growth. You'll be a strategic partner with sales in working your territory effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) will partner with sales and marketing to support our Account Based Marketing strategy, outbound prospecting activities and inbound follow-up
  • Build and maintain the prospect list for an assigned territory patch
  • Responsible for generating qualified meetings to achieve assigned monthly, individual goals
  • Consistently identify, target and generate qualified opportunities that are ready and qualified for a demo
  • Responsible for making at least 75 calls/day into target industry and within Clearwave's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), spending 70% of calls on outbound prospecting and 30% on inbound follow-up
  • Become an expert at using lead generation tools (Gong, Nooks, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other tools) to identify and capture Clearwave key prospects
  • Identify key contacts and target accounts in Salesforce to build outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Manage sales leads effectively through the documented Business Development process
  • Responsible for following-up on marketing generated leads meeting the documented SLAs and KPI metrics
  • Utilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decisions makers within key healthcare specialties
  • Understand and capture prospect's challenges/needs and effectively communicate Clearwave's value to solve challenges.
  • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects to handoff to sales for further discovery
  • Work closely building relationships with the sales team and marketing
  • Document and log call and email activities in Salesforce

Skills & Requirements:
  • 4+ years of successful BDR experience with a demonstrated record of success
  • Strong passion to build a sales career
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, time management, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and experience in software sales preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce
  • Must be competitive and thrive in a team-based atmosphere
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate expectations to appropriate stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to change effectively
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
