Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to join our medical office team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to manage administrative processes in a medical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical office, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes.
  • Team Management: Supervise front office staff and support personnel, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a high level of patient service and operational efficiency.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure that patients receive a positive and efficient experience, from appointment scheduling and check-in to follow-up and billing.
