Job Description

The Administrative Assistant Associate III role is responsible for supporting the department with the routine day to day administrative tasks. The role processes and prepares presentations and documents for their designated area along with solving problems related to specific tasks with minimal supervision. The Associate III is responsible for coordinating schedules to set up meetings via virtual or in person and screen telephone calls.

We are seeking a Claims Admin in North Carolina for a hybrid role based in either our Charlotte or WinstonSalem offices. Responsibilities include claims distribution, calendar management, and reporting. Epic and Power BI experience is preferred, and strong analytical skills are required. Key Responsibilities

Identify inconsistencies in routine work and initiate corrective action within workgroup

Prepare and schedule activities such as travel arrangements, internal and external business meetings, client or third-party appointments, conferences and general office events, including scheduling of conference room use and catering needs

Prepare and set up presentations for the department

Solve problems related to specific tasks with minimal supervision

Handle multiple demands on an on-going basis including familiar situations, sensitive information and some high-level contact

Monitor expenses for the office with a responsibility to budget adherence; review and coordinate approval of all expenses including processing accounts payable invoices

Coordinating meetings with internal and external individuals

Process routine correspondence and documents for the business
