We are looking for a Business Development Director - Microsoft to join our Sales team. As a Business Development Director - Microsoft, you will be responsible for:
Requirements:
  • Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to proposal and close-for new client acquisition.
  • Sell Microsoft cloud solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security) and implementation services, positioning Citrin Cooperman as a trusted transformation partner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft's internal sales teams, operating in an alliance partner model to co-sell and drive joint opportunities.
  • Source opportunities through conferences, field marketing events, cross-selling to existing clients, and outreach to prior prospects.
  • Target C-suite executives (primarily CFOs, CIOs, and CTOs) at companies with complex financial, operational, and technological needs.
  • Articulate Microsoft's value in ERP, CRM, security, AI, analytics, and cloud modernization.
  • Collaborate with internal technology experts and service line leaders to create high-impact proposals and contracts.
