Job Description

The IT Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing procurement processes, systems, and vendor relationships with a strong focus on Coupa software. This IT role supports strategic sourcing, procurement operations and accounts payable, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency across the organization. This role is hybrid in Lake Forest, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support procurement operations using Coupa, including PO and invoice template creation, approval workflows, and supplier onboarding.
  • Work across functional processes to process map business functions, evaluate for efficiencies, identify change, and draft current/future state process.
  • Understand, document, monitor, and implement processes for integration to ensure compliance and standardization across stakeholders.
  • Design and implement process changes requests adhering to ITGC policies and procedures
  • Lead business test planning and execution, authoring key scenarios and driving timely business sign‐off.
  • Develop and maintain spend reports, supplier performance metrics, and compliance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve invoice/PO discrepancies.
  • Drive adoption and setup of Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), CXML onboarding and e-invoicing initiatives.
  • Support Coupa platform enhancements and troubleshoot issues with Coupa support - experience is mandatory.
  • Partner with finance and accounts payable teams to ensure accurate billing and accruals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years using Coupa required.
  • Strong understanding of P2P lifecycle and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Coupa certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 - 95,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
