Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to build your career in procurement, contracts, and business operations? Zing is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Specialist to support a fast-paced Finance Division responsible for purchasing activities, contracts, vendor coordination, and procurement administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for administrative professionals, procurement coordinators, purchasing assistants, contract administrators, and operations specialists who enjoy managing multiple priorities, working with vendors, maintaining accurate records, and supporting critical business functions.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with preparing, editing, updating, and maintaining procurement forms, templates, and related documents
  • Support vendors and consultants using the OpenGov e-procurement platform
  • Maintain procurement records, requisition logs, trackers, and related documentation
  • Obtain vendor quotes and assist with purchasing requests
  • Research products, specifications, pricing, and availability
  • Monitor insurance certificates, subscriptions, vendor documentation, and renewal dates
  • Route contracts and supporting documents for review and approval
  • Coordinate electronic signatures through DocuSign
  • Communicate with internal departments, vendors, consultants, and external partners
  • Coordinate rental vehicle and car-share requests
  • Assist with electronic file management, document organization, and meeting coordination
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Division
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of administrative, procurement, contracts, operations, or related experience
