The Music Minister is the primary leader of the music team at NGC: Eastside, responsible for equipping and developing our volunteer musicians, leading Sunday gatherings, and fostering a culture of creativity that reflects the gifts God has given our church family. The Music Minister reports to the Executive Pastor of Ministries.Creatively, NGC: Eastside has a music team of 50+ volunteer musicians who serve in our Sunday gatherings. In music, we value creativity and long to use the strengths of our band members, rather than simply being a cover band trying to replicate the original recording. Over the past decade, we have released 10 singles/albums of original music, and lean into the creativity of our musicians and songwriters.
