Position Summary:
The Payroll and Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of payroll and employee benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits regulations, and HR best practices. The Payroll and Benefits Manager will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver seamless payroll processing and benefits administration while providing excellent support to employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom) and benefits platforms.
In-depth understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and benefits compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across departments.
Education:
High School Diploma
Skills Required:
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proactive approach to process improvement and compliance.
Customer-focused mindset with commitment to employee satisfaction.
Hybrid: In office position on Tuesday and Wednesday
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX

Qualifications Preferred:
