We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions to fill - you must be willing to work 2-3 Saturday's per month

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Office Support Associate This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Ellwood City- Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, the Office Support Associate is responsible for a number of administrative duties within the office, including processing payroll, processing accounts receivables, and performing biller duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing various accounting statements and reports - Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records
  • Coordinating accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions
  • Utilizing computer to input, retrieve or display accounting information

Job Requirements:

  • Experience processing payroll - preferred 
  • High School diploma or equivalent- required
  • Cash handling experience - required
  • Experience in accounting; Automotive Dealership experience- preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills- required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software- required
  • CDK experience- preferred
  • Strong acclimation to mathematics and analysis- required
