Through a nomination process, we create an unforgettable Christmas for families who have fallen on hard times, through no fault of their own. Our goal is straightforward: to help them transition from feeling helpless to hopeful.

As our Seasonal Christmas Fundraising Recruiter, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach. You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our volunteer leaders, known as BCE Captains, who lead the charge in delivering life-changing Christmas experiences to families in need. We are on the cusp of expanding nationally, and joining now has the potential to evolve into a leadership position overseeing recruitment across the entire BCE organization.

COMPENSATION: 1099 Position

YOUR IMPACT

  • LEAD THE CHARGE FOR CHRISTMAS JOY: Proactively recruit donors and volunteers to lead our movement to create an unforgettable Christmas for a local family. Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, social media, and events to grow our donor and volunteer base. Build lasting relationships with community leaders and supporters to expand local and regional impact.
  • TRAIN, SUPPORT, & LEAD DONORS: Lead with empathy, efficiency, and purpose to strengthen the BCE Captain community and overall impact.Onboard and train new donors using clear processes, tools, and resources. Provide ongoing guidance, communication, and motivation throughout the BCE season. Serve as the primary point of contact for donor questions, needs, and issue resolution.
  • DRIVE TIMELINES & IMPROVE SYSTEMS: Ensure all donors and Captains meet key campaign milestones and deadlines. Track donor progress and engagement using spreadsheets and other internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams and offer feedback to improve systems and recruitment strategies.

YOUR SKILLS

  • KNOWLEDGE: Consistent work history with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Recruiter, MLM, Network Marketing Partner, or in Volunteer / Donor Recruitment. If you've participated in a direct sales or MLM team and loved building community, leading with passion, and creating impact through relationships, you'll feel right at home here. This role gives you the flexibility, team-building opportunity, and mission-driven impact that you may have loved in previous experiences.
  • SKILLS: A commitment to integrity in all you do. A values-driven approach and passion for giving back.Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starting mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ABILITY: This is a remote, contract-based opportunity (67 months). A valid driver's license and ability to pass a felony/misdemeanor background and driving (Motor Vehicle Record) check. This is a remote/work-from-home position. A reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection is required to perform essential duties, including video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and team communication platforms. Must be able to attend fundraising events as needed (estimated 20% local travel). Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary for events.
