Your Role

As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving Pixie's growth across the United States by developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients through proactive business development activities.
  • Opening new accounts and creating opportunities for Pixie's consultant network.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understanding client needs and positioning Pixie's IT contracting solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and securing new collaborations/placements.
  • Collaborating closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful placements.
  • Contributing to the growth and visibility of the Pixie brand within the US market.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT staffing, IT consulting, or technology contracting.
  • Strong track record in new business acquisition and account opening.
  • Hunter mentality with a genuine passion for sales and relationship building.
  • Ability to generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work closely with delivery and management teams.
  • Good understanding of the US technology and staffing market.
