Tour Sponsorship Acquisition Specialist (Independent Contractor)

Position Overview

JUS Official Services is seeking a motivated Tour Sponsorship Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and securing sponsorships for tours managed, organized, or represented by JUS Official Services.

This role focuses on building relationships with local, regional, and national businesses, brands, and organizations interested in sponsoring tours, concerts, live events, and promotional campaigns. The successful candidate will generate sponsorship revenue that helps fund tour operations while creating valuable marketing opportunities for sponsors.

This is a commission-only independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential based on sponsorship revenue generated.

Core Objective

Your primary responsibility is to:

  • Identify sponsorship opportunities for tours and live events.
  • Build relationships with prospective sponsors.
  • Present customized sponsorship opportunities and packages.
  • Secure sponsorship agreements that benefit both the sponsor and JUS Official Services.
  • Generate recurring sponsorship relationships for future tours and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective sponsors.
  • Conduct outreach through email, phone, networking, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
  • Present sponsorship opportunities and explain available sponsorship packages.
  • Build long-term relationships with sponsors and business partners.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements within company-approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate sponsor introductions with company leadership when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active negotiations.
  • Track sponsorship activity, communications, and revenue.
  • Assist with sponsor recognition and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits.
  • Represent JUS Official Services professionally at networking events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor (1099) position.

Tour Sponsorship Acquisition Specialists earn compensation based on:

  • A percentage of sponsorship revenue they secure.
  • Additional commissions for multi-event or recurring sponsorship agreements.
  • Performance bonuses for high-value sponsorship partnerships.

There is no hourly wage, salary, employee benefits, paid time off, or guaranteed income.

Independent Contractor Status

This role is offered exclusively as a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Contractors are responsible for their own outreach tools, communication systems, taxes, travel expenses, and other business expenses. This role does not establish an employer-employee relationship.

To comply with applicable laws, JUS Official Services does not accept applicants residing in California or other jurisdictions where this contractor model is not legally supported or compliant.

Background Check Requirement

All applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to onboarding.

Failure to successfully complete the required screening may result in disqualification.
