Full-time position with GREAT benefits!

We are currently seeking to hire Sales Relief / Merchandising personnel to join our team! Everyone loves the BEER Person! We manage the sales and distribution of some of the worlds most popular beers and also carry many well known and loved energy drinks, juices, water brands, and snacks!

Position Summary:

  • Aggressively sell and distribute all brands and packages carried by Holston Distributing Company
  • Stocking Store shelves with our portfolio of brands
  • Training alongside sales personnel to learn marketplace and company information
  • Covering sales routes when sales personnel are on vacation or sick
  • Follow the specific guidelines developed by Holston Distributing Company concerning the selling, rotation and delivery of our products.
  • To maintain a good working rapport with all customers.
  • To understand and adhere to Holston Distributing Company’s code date policy.
  • To wear proper Holston Distributing Company uniform and be neat and clean in appearance daily.
  • To maintain a clean company vehicle – inside and out – while handling vacation routes or other temporary route duties.
  • Any other items as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel.

Normal Hours of Work: 40 to 45 hours average per week
